The device is characterised by containing the body (2),which has a passage hole (3) to the heating chamber (4) inside that body (2),with an induction heater (5) and a pyrometer (6) mounted inside the heating chamber (4). The method is characterized by the tool (1) to heat the target by inserting it through the hole (3) into the chamber (4) of the device and then heating it with a heater (5) to the temperature from the range from 20th to 600c, then removing the tool (1) from the chamber (4) and driving it with a heated tool (1),known way, target heating.
