A low-profile, ballooned heart valve, in particular an aortic valve, implanted through the skin, contains a cylindrical valve frame in which the valve and supporting part can be separated and the sleeve frame attached to the sleeve frame from polymer (artificial) material. The hand of polymer material shall be inseparably connected to the frame so that the frame of the valve in the supporting part is fused or stitched and covered from the inside and outside with the material of the sleeve, which, inside the frame, in the valve part of the frame, forms a valve flap with a two or three-ply structure and, in that part, is attached to the frame and to the straps of the frame,and the excess material of the sleeve is introduced into the longitudinal holes in the threads. When the sleeves of polymer (artificial) material are fixed to the frame in the supporting part from the outside and the sleeve material is twisted inside the frame, and in the valve part the frame forms flakes and panels of valves with a two or three-ply structure and in this part is attached to the frame and to the straps by stitching, and the excess material of the sleeve is inserted into the longitudinal holes in the rods.
