A modular vibration signal specially designed for blind and deaf persons is used to transmit an encoded vibration signal, the skin surface. The signal is coded using the position and frequency of the signal. The signal is constructed of two types of components: signalling units and attachments. Signalling units of five (main and four complementary units) via vibration motors (1) transmit the signal to the skin surface.applied in larger areas of the skin and an individual mounting element allowing the user to adjust the reception location to his own preferences. The signal shall be coded by means of a bluetooth signal, individually for each signalling unit, by means of a communication module (3).
