The self-contained medical device presented, for sealing valve leaks, incorporating a flexible flexible folded structure composed of several metal bands, having a freely determined, expanded distribution shape, a deflector to a shape with a smaller cross-section than a folded figure, the device having a proximal end and a distal end and both ends containing elements grouping and fixing the ends of metal bands, is characterised by the fact that the folded figure contains three parts with a developed surface, Distance section (1),the proximal (2) part and the middle (5) between them with a cross-section smaller than the cross-sections of the distal (1) and proximal (2),where the three parts mentioned (1, 2, 5) are separated by the stress of the folded structure, in the form of elements joining a cross-section smaller than the cross-section of these three parts (1, 2, 5),where each of the parts (1, 2, 5) is so designed spatially that in each of them, the distal wall and the corresponding proximal wall, in their free state, do not come into contact with each other.
