摘要

The present utility model discloses the processing of the kapok fiber, from its raw, hull-free and dried state, tothe final product, whereby it is seed-reduced, shredded and beaten into packaging-ready state. Said process comprises: shredding the kapok fruit in the shredding box, where it is tom into pieces;beating the shredded kapok furthermore using the nylon blades assembly, where as it is blown upward by the stationed fan under, the seeds fall down into the seed box situated in the bottom of machine; and the blowing of the beaten kapok upward, where it scatters and shoots out of the fiber' outlet situated at (,,., the top side of the assembly.
