Disclosed is a teaching analysis method. The method comprises: acquiring and analyzing electroencephalogram data of all students in a class during a lesson to obtain an average attention changing curve of all the students; selecting a target student from all the students, and acquiring and analyzing the electroencephalogram data of the target student during the lesson to obtain an attention changing curve and an attention index during the entire lesson, the attention index representing the average attention of the target student during the entire lesson; analyzing the matching degree between the attention changing curve of the target student and the average attention changing curve of all the students and using the matching degree as a synchronization rate of the target student; and generating a teaching analysis report of the target student according to the attention index and the synchronization rate of the target student. Also disclosed are a teaching analysis server and a computer-readable storage medium. The present application can display the lecture attending effect of the students quantitatively and visually.
