Disclosed are a synchronization device for a stereo camera, a stereo camera, and a synchronization method for a stereo camera. The synchronization device for a stereo camera according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a synchronization signal monitoring module which monitors a synchronization signal period of a first image sensor and calculates a maximum error value of the period of a horizontal synchronization signal (Hsync) during one period of a vertical synchronization signal (Vsync); and a synchronization signal adaptation module which adjusts, on the basis of the maximum error value, a porch of the horizontal synchronization signal to be transmitted to a second image sensor or a display device.
