Disclosed are a credit report parsing processing method and device, a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a credit report of a user (S101); parsing information recorded in the credit report to determine the privacy information and the credit records in the credit report (102); performing rule parsing on the credit records by using a preset rule model, and generating a parsing result for evaluating credit standing of the user (S103); determining, on the basis of the parsing result, whether the user can apply for a loan business (S104); and when it is determined that the user can apply for the load business, sending a message notification to a service terminal to inform the service terminal that the user can apply for the loan business (S105). The parsing result that can be used for evaluating the credit standing of a user is formed, and it is not necessary to query the credit report of the user each time, so the credit inquiry times of the user is prevented from being influenced; and a judgement basis for the agent to perform business processing is provided, thereby improving the working efficiency of the business agent.
