Advantages: The system is able to carry out the acquisition and transmission of full high-definition images and high fidelity audio, cut or switch audio/video as needed, and play audio/video from a plurality of integrated operating rooms and from a plurality of remote consultation and demonstration sites. Audio/video signals are broadcast by means of the device centralized control modules (1), and the permissions management modules and the audio/video switching modules control audio/video signals transmitted to the audio/video coding/decoding and code-stream transmission modules (5), thereby ensuring that when a plurality of integrated operating rooms simultaneously engage in single-site or multi-site consultation and demonstration, there is no cross interference between the audio/video transmitted from the plurality of integrated operating rooms and full flexibility is achieved.
