Disclosed is a glasses-free three-dimensional (3D) display method based on human eye tracking. The method comprises: according to geometrical relationships between a first camera and a second camera arranged on a display screen and the eyes of a viewer, determining the current distance between the eyes of the viewer and the display screen; based on a mapping relationship between a pre-set distance between the eyes of the viewer and the display screen and the width of an image arrangement period, determining the width of a target image arrangement period corresponding to the current distance; and adjusting the image arrangement content according to the width of the target image arrangement period and displaying same. Further disclosed are a glasses-free 3D display apparatus based on human eye tracking, and a device and a storage medium.
