TALENT AND WORK EXPERIENCE-CENTERED CREDIT RECOGNITION ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING TALENT CONTRIBUTION BANK SERVICE USING SAME
Disclosed are: an academic management system and method, whereby talent-recognizing credits, work experience-recognizing credits, or talent- and work experience-recognizing credits with which talents and work experience are concurrently recognized can be granted; and a system for providing a talent contribution bank service using same. The academic management method, which involves connecting to a user terminal, an associated institution, or a talent contribution bank service server through a network and recognizing a user's talents and work experience as credits, includes: a step for acquiring information about a person accredited with a talent, work experience, or talent and work experience, as well as talent contribution-related information; a step for monitoring the current status of the talent or work experience of the person accredited with the talent, work experience, or talent and work experience, on the basis of the talent contribution-related information; a step for confirming contribution conditions, preset after the degree is granted, regarding the degree granted to the person accredited with the talent, work experience, or talent and work experience, or regarding the credits for the talent, work experience, or talent and work experience subject that are required for the degree, and for checking a talent, work experience, or talent and work experience contribution score accumulated within a preset period by the accredited person; and a step for cancelling the credits or degree when, upon being checked, the contribution score of the accredited person is found to be less than a reference score under the preset contribution conditions.
