METHOD FOR EDITING DNA IN CELL-FREE SYSTEM

This method for editing DNA in a cell-free system includes: (1) a step for introducing a deletion, substitution, or addition into a target site of a DNA in a cell-free system; and (2) a step for amplifying the DNA into which a deletion, substitution, or addition was introduced in step (1) in the cell-free system. The DNA is amplified under temperature conditions that provide incubation at a temperature ranging from 20°C to 80°C.
