The artificial intelligence-based system for predicting bone density using radiographs, according to one embodiment of the present invention, preferably comprises: a bone density learning unit into which dental radiographs having bone density information about bone density scores and bone density levels based on the bone density scores are input as learning data, and which deeply learns the bone densities of temporomandibular joints through deep learning having the learning data as an input and generates a bone density prediction model; and an unread photograph evaluation unit into which an unread dental radiograph is input, and which predicts a bone density score and a bone density level from the unread dental radiograph by means of the bone density prediction model.
