A method, apparatus and device for determining the spatial positions of human eyes, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: according to the field angle of a camera and the preset resolution of an image photographed by the camera, determining the pixel distance between the camera and an image plane; in a horizontal plane perpendicular to the image plane, determining imaging coordinates of a left eye and a right eye of a viewer in the image plane, respectively; according to the pixel distance and the imaging coordinates, respectively calculating a first angle of the left eye deviating from the optical axis of the camera, and a second angle of the right eye deviating from the optical axis of the camera; and according to the first angle, the second angle, and the actual interpupillary distance between the left eye and the right eye, determining the spatial positions of the left eye and the right eye.
