METHOD FOR REPAIRING INNER CAVITY OF HYDRAULIC END VALVE BOX AND SEALING HOLE OF PLUNGER END

Provided is a method for repairing the inner cavity of a hydraulic end valve box, firstly, machining the inner cavity of the hydraulic end valve box to be repaired, to reserve a single-sided repair dimension for the inner cavity; performing shot blasting and cleaning of the inner cavity; performing basic repair on the inner cavity, to form an underlying welding layer, performing n layer(s) welding cladding repair on the underlying welding layer, to form n layer(s) repair welding layer, and finally, mechanically finishing the inner cavity after the welding repair; the repair method is also suitable for repairing the sealing hole of a plunger end; the repair method is simple, easy to control, and the repaired hydraulic end valve box and plunger end sealing hole are subjected to field fracturing construction under the condition of 50-100MPa, the service time can reach 200h; by repairing the hydraulic end valve box and plunger end sealing hole, the equipment cost of oil fracturing can be greatly reduced.
