The present invention provides a Beidou safety helmet and a Beidou safety helmet positioning system and positioning method. The Beidou safety helmet comprises: a Beidou positioning antenna; a Beidou positioning module, which is electrically connected to the Beidou positioning antenna and transmits and obtains a positioning signal by means of the Beidou positioning antenna; a wireless antenna; a wireless module, which is electrically connected to wireless antenna and transmits positioning data by means of the wireless antenna; an MCU, which is electrically connected to the Beidou positioning module and the wireless module and receives the positioning signal obtained by the Beidou positioning module to generate positioning data, and sends the positioning data to the wireless module; a power management module, which is connected to the modules and supplies power to the modules. The Beidou safety helmet provided in the embodiments of the present invention can improve quickly positioning and safety supervision for on-site staffs by management.
