Disclosed are a silver nanoribbon transparent conductive film, and preparation method therefor. The silver nanoribbon transparent conductive film comprises a transparent flexible substrate and a silver nanoribbon transparent conductive layer. The silver nanoribbon transparent conductive layer is a regular mesh structure formed by connecting and arranging silver nanoribbons and has a thickness less than 0.3 nanometers. Moreover, the silver nanoribbon transparent conductive layer is embedded in the transparent flexible substrate. The silver nanoribbons are obtained by plastically deforming silver nanowires on the surface of the transparent flexible substrate using ultrasonic pressure processing. Because the silver nanowires are plastically deformed by ultrasonic pressure processing, the silver nanowires are geometrically deformed and processed into silver nanoribbons with a reduced haze ratio; in addition, because the silver nanoribbons are connected and arranged to form a regular mesh structure, the silver nanoribbons are interconnected to form a complete conductive network, such that the conductivity is improved.
