Provided are a development assistance device, a terminal device, a development assistance method, and a computer program. The development assistance device is equipped with: a reception unit for receiving a simulation condition for a power storage device from a terminal device after authentication of a user of the terminal device; a simulation execution unit for simulating a behavior of the power storage device on the basis of the received simulation condition; and a transmission unit for transmitting a result of the simulation by the simulation execution unit to the terminal device.
