摘要

A method for simultaneously detecting point mutations of rifampicin- and isoniazid-resistant genes for mycobacterium tuberculosis, and reagent therefor. The method comprises: detecting, on the basis of an ARMS fluorescence-based quantitative PCR method, a same sample to be detected using an ARMS primer for a mutation type template of a drug-resistant gene mutation site, an ARMS primer for a wild-ype template, and an upstream or downstream primer shared by the ARMS primers respectively in a same reaction system by means of two reaction tubes, including a mutation-type reaction tube and a wild-type reaction tube; and determining the gene type of the sample according to the sizes of a Ct value and a ΔCt value of fluorescence-based PCR of each point mutation in the two reaction tubes.
