A prisoner information analysis-based intelligent monitoring and control system, comprising: a model building module is configured to build and store an identification-time-age model; an information statistics module is configured to collect statistics about the sleep time, sleep duration, average sleep time, and average sleep duration of each prisoner in a prison for m consecutive days; an information regularization module is configured to determine an abnormal level of a prisoner; an intelligent control module is configured to formulate an early warning strategy and feedback on the basis of an analysis result of the jail time and/or age of the prisoner. By comparing the sleep situation of each prisoner in the prison with past sleep condition thereof to determine whether the prisoner is potentially dangerous, so that not only are the validity of the comparison process and the accuracy of the comparison results ensured, but the comprehensive and precise control of the actual state of the prisons in a prison is achieved, thereby preventing problems before occurrence and keeping the prison stable and secure comprehensively and effectively.
