Disclosed is an indoor temperature end insulation flange for a high-current high-temperature superconductive current lead, comprising an insulation sleeve, wherein two ends of the insulation sleeve are respectively connected to an end-surface flange and a vacuum flange in a sealing manner, and sealing surfaces between the insulation sleeve and the end-surface flange and the vacuum flange are respectively sealed tightly by a silicone rubber ring; a circle of flange insulation layer is solidified between the end-surface flange and the vacuum flange outside the insulation sleeve; and an umbrella skirt structure is welded on the end-surface flange, when the current lead vertically operates, the umbrella skirt structure can effectively prevent condensed water from an indoor temperature end from falling into an insulation outer surface between high and low voltage flanges, and the end-surface flange is welded on a current lead main body casing. The present invention integrates high voltage insulation, mechanical support and vacuum sealing into one to meet the special requirements of electric transmission in a low temperature and vacuum environment.
