It comprises a concrete reef, and iron fibers are distributed at least over the surface of the concrete reef. The composite-concrete ecological artificial reef has a high density of 5 well-distributed high-carbon cast iron fibers over the surface, such that it provides cost increased by only 25% to 30% as compared with ordinary concrete reefs, richness of three-dimensional structures, more area for coral larval settlement of ordinary concrete reefs, and increased rate of coral larval settlement; also, with high carbon content of the high-carbon cast iron fibers, iron molecules and carbon molecules in the iron fibers are more likely to form 10 galvanic cells with active oxidation reactions occurring, the resulting biochemical reactions can promote the growth and calcification of scleractinian corals.
