A Talent Performance database will allow users to track and benchmark their own performance without being limited to one organisation. Employers and Recruiters will be able to search talent on the Performance Database. When a user requires independent support, or when an Employer requires specific expertise of a consultant they can access relevant professionals via the Professional Services Directory.
