It will provide a resource for individuals to own, manage, organise, store, share their career performance, feedback and development information over their lifetime with the multiple employers or jobs that one may encounter. The system values simplicity, ease of access, providing a system that is desirable to use by the users (user experience) and supporting users taking action that advances their performance. It is for all people, independent of workplaces, or even integrated with workplaces as a complete system or enhances existing systems. Similar to other current solutions, it captures goal and objective setting and performance data. However, this system draws on analytics, insights, tips and coaching support to empower the user, and/or manager, or assist in enhancing preexisting organisational performance and development cycles with the improved features. This system will provide a comprehensive, usable, resourceful and leading platform to transform people's performance and development experience by focusing on advancing outcomes for users. A Talent Performance database will allow users to track and benchmark their own performance without being limited to one organisation. Employers and Recruiters will be able to search talent on the Performance Database. When a user requires independent support, or when an Employer requires specific expertise of a consultant they can access relevant professionals via the Professional Services Directory.
