Disclosed are a method and device for selecting supplier based on data analysis as well as a computer device and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: according to the result of judgement on whether the quantity of regular employees in the employing unit exceeds the sum of the quantity of demanded manpower in the request and the quantity of present outsourced manpower, finding target suppliers among qualified suppliers for the employing unit to select. The demand on outsourced manpower is checked by the rule, so as to reduce those demands which are not in accordance with the rule.
