Disclosed are a converter and an electric energy distribution method therefor, and an electric energy distribution system, which relate to the technical field of household appliances. The method comprises: obtaining, according to the number of loads and the rated energy requirement of each load, distribution coefficients of energy required by the various loads (S10); acquiring energy requirement ranges of the various loads (S20); and based on energy of a power supply end, distributing energy to the various loads according to the energy requirement ranges and the distribution coefficients (S30). The energy utilization rate is increased, and effective scheduling of an electricity consumption system provided with multiple loads is ensured.
