A palm-supported finger rehabilitation training apparatus and a use method. The apparatus comprises a mounting seat (1) as well as a finger rehabilitation training mechanism and a driving mechanism for driving the finger rehabilitation training mechanism to move which are mounted on the mounting seat (1); the finger rehabilitation training mechanism comprises four sets of finger training combined transmission means independent of each other and having the same structure, which respectively correspond to the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger, and the little finger in a human hand structure; the mounting seat (1) has a support surface capable of supporting a human palm; each set of finger training combined transmission means comprises an MP motion sliding groove (5), a PIP finger sleeve (6), a DIP finger sleeve (8), and a connecting rod transmission mechanism (2); a force sensor (26) collects force feedback information, makes judgment, and performs force stability control; a space position sensor is used for collecting space angle information to achieve real-time control to the space position of a finger. The apparatus is used for assisting active and passive rehabilitation training for patients with hand hemiplegia caused by brain stroke.
