An air conditioning system, and a reverse-cycle defrosting method and device for the same. The method comprises: controlling an air conditioning system to perform reverse-cycle defrosting; and controlling, during a reverse-cycle defrosting process, an opening degree of a throttle element in the air conditioning system to gradually decrease. The reverse-cycle defrosting method for an air conditioning system is employed to control the opening degree of a throttle element during a reverse-cycle defrosting process, thereby resolving the issue in which the throttle element functions abnormally when being clogged by lubricating oil. Thus, the invention reduces the probability of abnormal clogging of the throttle element, and enhances the stability and reliability of the air conditioning system.
