ULTRA-LOW GLOSS PC/ABS RESIN COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Provided by the present invention are an ultra-low gloss PC/ABS resin composition and a preparation method therefor; the composition comprises each of the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of bisphenol A polycarbonate, 19-40 parts of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer, 1-20 parts of an ultra-low gloss toughening modifier, and 0.1-5 parts of a processing aid; the ultra-low gloss toughening modifier comprises the following components: treated polymer microspheres, a low-temperature toughening agent, a coupling agent, and an auxiliary agent. The preparation method for the composition comprises: thoroughly mixing each component in a high-speed mixer to obtain a mixture; feeding the mixture into a main feeder of a twin-screw extruder, and obtaining the composition after melt extrusion, cooling, drying, and pelletizing. The PC/ABS resin composition prepared by the present invention has ultra-low gloss and excellent impact toughness, and may be applied well to several scenarios having requirements for low temperature resistance and low gloss.
