A smart thermal processing production line for aluminum alloy wheel hubs of vehicles, comprising a controller and a thermal processing production line; the thermal processing production line comprises a furnace A for a heating procedure, a coolant oven and output rolling channel A for a quenching procedure, a cooling frame A for a cooling procedure, a furnace B and output rolling channel B for a normalizing procedure and a cooling frame B for a re-cooling procedure. The production line achieves unmanned operation and a high degree of automation by using a fully automatic smart continuous control and monitoring system.
