The present invention relates to an unmanned vehicle control system using a blockchain and a control method using same and, specifically, to enabling secure control of an unmanned vehicle by using blockchain technology and a multiple encryption protocol to prevent the control of the unmanned vehicle from being hacked. To this end, the present invention provides an unmanned vehicle control system and control method using a blockchain, the system comprising: at least one unmanned vehicle in which at least one block containing a hash value and data is stored; a path management information blockchain in which path information for the unmanned vehicle is distributedly stored; a traffic control information blockchain in which traffic control information for the unmanned vehicle is distributedly stored; a payment information blockchain in which payment information for a service provided to the unmanned vehicle is distributedly stored; a management server which is communicably connected to the unmanned vehicle, the path management information blockchain, the traffic control information blockchain, and the payment information blockchain; and a path planner terminal which is provided communicably with the management server, and through which information about a new path or modified path where the unmanned vehicle is allowed to move can be input, and which can transmit the input information to the management server and can receive information about a previously planned path from the management server, wherein when the unmanned vehicle requests information about a path from the management server to move along the path to a certain destination, the management server requests information about the path from the path management information blockchain to search for an optimal path to the destination according to the information and transmits the found optimal path to the unmanned vehicle so that the unmanned vehicle can move, wherein the management server transmits, to the traffic control information blockchain, information about the movement of the unmanned vehicle that has finished moving, and the information is added to the existing traffic control information blockchain when the movement information is determined to be valid after undergoing a process of consensus between the nodes of the traffic control information blockchain.
