Provided are a method and a device for automatically generating a question-answer data set for a specific topic. The method comprises the steps of: generating source data by extracting at least one text corresponding to one topic information; extracting at least one subject data in the source data; extracting at least one paragraph data corresponding to the subject data in the source data; generating at least one SP data pair; transmitting the SP data pair to at least one operator terminal; receiving question information, property information corresponding to the question information, and answer information corresponding to the question information; generating at least one SPQA data set; calculating a frequency indicating the quantity of the SPQA data set; generating at least one SPQAF data set; and generating a question-answer data set.
