Provided in the present invention are smart sports earphones based on EEG thoughts and an implementation method and system thereof, the sports earphones comprising a power source and an earphone body, the earphone body comprising a headset, an earphone control module, and sound generating units, the sound generating units being arranged respectively on two ends of the headset, and the earphone control module being built into the headset; and also comprising an EEG signal acquisition module, an EEG signal preprocessing module, an identification module, and a storage module, the EEG signal acquisition module, the EEG signal preprocessing module, the identification module, and the storage module respectively being built into the headset, and the EEG signal acquisition module comprising a dry state electrode sensor 1a, a dry state electrode sensor 1b, a dry state electrode sensor 1c, and a dry state electrode sensor 1d; the present smart sports earphones based on EEG thoughts can implement control of the earphone body by means of the acquisition, preprocessing, and identification of EEG signals; the structural design is rational and convenient to use.
