MAGNETIC CLEANING AND SEPARATING DEVICE OF IMMUNITY ANALYZER

Disclosed is a magnetic cleaning and separating device of an immunity analyzer. The device comprises a reaction cup conveying assembly (1), a cleaning needle assembly (2), a magnet assembly (3) and several cleaning stations (4). The magnet assembly comprises two magnet pairs arranged opposite each other on two sides of a running path of a reaction cup, and individual magnets arranged on one side of the running path of the reaction cup (5); the magnet pairs correspond to the cleaning stations; the individual magnets are located between the cleaning stations or located in front of the first cleaning station in the direction of the running path of the reaction cup; at least one magnet is arranged on each side of the running path of the reaction cup, and between the cleaning stations or in front of the first cleaning station in the direction of the running path of the reaction cup; and the magnets, between the cleaning stations or located in front of the first cleaning station in the direction of the running path of the reaction cup, are alternately arranged on the two sides of the running path of the reaction cup, and the directions of magnetic poles of two adjacent magnets are opposite. The magnetic separation time of the magnetic cleaning and separating device is extremely short, such that the aim of fully cleaning magnetic beads is achieved, and cleaning needles can be effectively prevented from attracting the magnetic beads.
