As a medicinal drug for treating or preventing pruritus, the present invention uses, as an active ingredient, a compound that has an effect of blocking the Cav3.2 T-type calcium channel and that is represented by any one of general formulae (I)-(VI), a tautomer, a stereoisomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound, or a solvate thereof.
