A quick collaborative optimization method for a hybrid fiber composite plate-shell structure, belongs to the technical field of optimization design of composite structures. Said method comprises the steps: 1) establishing an alternative material library; 2) establishing a three-dimensional finite element numerical model and performing geometric partition; 3) establishing a reduced-order numerical analysis model using a model order reduction method; and 4) establishing an optimization formulation, and performing dispersed material optimization design. A continuous interpolation function is used to represent dispersed materials in the material library; design variables are allocated according to geometric partitions of a model and the optimization target and constraint; a reduced-order model is used to perform numerical calculation, so as to obtain a target and constraint response; and a dispersed material optimization design is performed to achieve multi-variable collaborative optimization, and obtain an optimal design configuration. The method can achieve an integrated design of a hybrid fiber composite structure, and achieve a collaborative optimization design of multi-level variables such as structure topology, fiber content, fiber angle and ply stacking sequence, thereby reducing structure weight and reducing material costs while satisfying structure function requirements.
