Disclosed are a mobile device management (MDM) control method and an access control method and system using MDM to strengthen security in a security area. A method for controlling MDM in a mobile terminal in which the MDM is installed comprises the steps of: receiving a driving stop command or delete command of the MDM from a user; obtaining location information of the user according to the driving stop command or delete command to check whether the user is located within a security area; and controlling the driving stop command or delete command not to be executed if the user is located within the security area.
