The present invention relates to a system for operating a personalized tour content 3D mixed reality generating solution and a digital signage and a method thereof which efficiently improve digital signage management/operation and a customer service. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a 3D mixed reality raw information input unit for collecting 2D/3D image information; a 3D mixed reality content integration processing unit for generating 3D mixed reality information; a 3D mixed reality content output terminal unit for displaying the 3D mixed reality information; a real-time streaming processing unit for outputting a real-time streaming solution service; and a 3D mixed reality database managing unit.
