The present invention relates to a rebar connection structure for installing a finishing panel on the front of cut ground reinforced by soil nailing construction, and a finishing panel installation method using the same. The rebar connection structure of the present invention comprises: a linker (50) including a pipe type housing (51), a front finishing plate (52) for covering the front of the housing (51), an inclined hole (53) formed to be extended to the rear in the center of the front finishing plate (52), and a work hole (54) opened at the side of the housing (51); a projection part (11) of a shear reinforcing bar (10) inserted and coupled to the rear of the linker (50); a connection rebar (40) penetrating into the linker (50) through the inclined hole (53) and having a spiral protrusion formed on the outer circumference thereof; and a hemispherical nut (60) having a spiral groove formed at the inner circumference thereof and having a hemispherical end (61) formed thereon. In the state where the hemisphere nut (60) is screwed onto the rear end of the connection rebar (40), and the hemispherical end (61) is in contact with the inclined hole (53) of the linker (50), the connection rebar (40) moves in the range of the spin precession motion trajectory.
