The present invention relates to a talent donation-based talent trading apparatus. The talent donation-based talent trading apparatus comprises: a talent donation application processing part receiving a talent donation application including a talent donation agency, a talent donation period, and a talent type; a user talent processing part detecting a user identification code in a user terminal to determine a talent proficiency level of a user calculated based on talent donation history of the user; an expected talent value evaluation processing part performing expected talent value evaluation on the user based on the talent donation period and the talent proficiency level of the user; and an actual talent value evaluation processing part performing actual talent value evaluation on the user compared to the expected talent value evaluation based on a standard completion period for donation completion of a corresponding talent when donation of the corresponding talent of the talent donation agency is completed within a reference time.
