The present invention relates to a blockchain-based e-commerce mileage operation method and an e-commerce mileage operation system, capable of enhancing reliability and security by issuing and managing mileage, which is produced through an Internet transaction based on an agreement algorithm based on content sellers, as a transparent, safe and inflation-free cryptocurrency; and improving system operability by enabling the progress of a transaction which is quick and smooth while having enhanced security. According to the present invention, the e-commerce mileage operation method includes: a content seller building step of building a plurality of content sellers selling predetermined content; a coin manager building step of managing mileage coins produced from a transaction between a user and a content seller; a multi-signature execution step of executing a multi-signature for the provision of mileage coins through the content seller and a coin manager when the content seller is requested for the provision of mileage coins as the user purchases content; and a transfer step of transferring the corresponding mileage coins to an electronic wallet of the user if the multi-signature is confirmed for the mileage coins at the multi-signature execution step.
