The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and an aesthetic pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neuromuscle-related diseases, including Erigeron annus essential oil and Botox together. The Erigeron annus essential oil has an effect of inhibiting the expression of t-SNARE protein and v-SNARE protein in neurons to inhibit the formation of a SNARE protein complex, and inhibiting the regeneration of t-SNARE protein and v-SNARE protein decomposed by Botox to inhibit neurotransmitter secretion. Therefore, an effect duration of Botox can be extended, such that the Erigeron annus essential oil can be useful for preventing and treating neuromuscle-related diseases or beauty care as a Botox adjuvant by being used together with the Botox.
