An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a thin film substrate divided into an activating area and a non-activating area placed in an outer part of the activating area; sensing patterns formed in an activating area of a first surface in the thin film substrate, and comprising first sensing cells formed to be connected in a first direction, first connection lines connecting the adjacent first sensing cells, second sensing cells formed to be connected in a second direction and second connection lines connecting the adjacent second sensing cells; and sensing lines formed on the non-activating area of the first surface in the thin film substrate and connected to the sensing patterns. The present invention provides a flexible touch screen panel having different areas and/or intervals of the sensing cells, for each area, formed in a first area which has a predetermined curvature based on a bending shaft where the thin film substrate is bent and a second area which is flat except the first area. Accordingly, the present invention minimizes a touch sensitivity difference to improve the accuracy of touch recognition.
