The present invention relates to a rhodium ensemble catalyst fully dispersed with an improved low temperature activity, a method for producing the same, and a system for treating an exhaust stream of an internal combustion engine including the same. While conventional single atom catalysts and nanoparticle catalysts have no or low oxidation activity for C_3H_6 and C_3H_8 oxidation activities, the rhodium ensemble catalyst of the present invention has an excellent low temperature oxidation reaction activity for carbon monoxide, nitrogen monoxide, C_3H_6, and C_3H_8. Moreover, the present invention also has an advantage of an excellent low temperature activity when oxidizing carbon monoxide, C_3H_6, and C_3H_8 simultaneously. The method of the present invention includes: a step of preparing rhodium precursor solution; a step of adding sodium carbonate (Na_2CO_3) aqueous solution to the rhodium precursor solution to obtain a deposited rhodium catalyst; and a step of performing hydrothermal treatment on the deposited rhodium catalyst.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
