The present invention relates to a composition for removing Helicobacter pylori and uses thereof. The composition of the present invention maximizes the action of amoxicillin and clarithromycin by maintaining the pH in the stomach above a predetermined level for a predetermined amount of time, thereby exhibiting an excellent effect on removing Helicobacter pylori.
