The present invention relates to a phone-linked system for preventing dementia based on a tune pitch control according to finger pressure movements, and a method for preventing dementia using the same, in which an eighth-note scale, which is provided in an acupressure device for providing an acupressure effect on a finger or palm, is pressed to implement a prevention and training of dementia through content in the form of a playing-game according to a pitch. The system according to the present invention includes: a scale unit in which two four-notes are provided in two acupressure devices each having a plurality of protrusions providing an acupressure effect, respectively, and pressed by the protrusions applied with a pressing action; piezoelectric sensors provided inside the acupressure device and corresponding to the scale unit to sense the pressing when the scale unit is pressed; a pressing force recognition and control unit provided inside the acupressure device to recognize a pressing force of the scale unit sensed by the piezoelectric sensors and control a height of a sound range by applying a state of the pressing force to a corresponding performance function; a wireless transmission/reception unit provided inside the acupressure device to transmit the playing-function pressing force generated by the pressing force recognition and control unit; a display unit, of a mobile phone or tablet PC, for receiving the play-function pressing force from the wireless transmission/reception unit to display the height of pitch in the form of a piano keyboard; and a control unit for controlling the piezoelectric sensors, the pressing force recognition and control unit, the wireless transmission/reception unit, and the display unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
