Disclosed are a surface treatment method of a lithium metal negative electrode, a surface-treated lithium metal negative electrode and a lithium metal battery containing the same. The surface treatment method of the lithium metal negative electrode uses solid ice blasting to clean and treat surface of the lithium metal negative electrode and thus it is possible to increase the lifespan of a lithium metal battery and have stable charging and discharging efficiency during an operation compared to the untreated lithium metal negative electrode.
