According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a pupil tracking device measuring a pupil center position of an eye moving along the optokinetic reflex and the proximity depth between a pupil and an object, which comprises: a light source outputting an infrared light; a display outputting an object light; a waveguide guiding the infrared light and the object light in a direction toward the pupil; a film separating the infrared light reflected from a cornea of the eye into a plurality of lights; and the optical pick-up detecting the plurality of lights and measuring the pupil center position and the proximity depth.
