Disclosed are a method and a system for controlling a swarm flight. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling a swarm flight comprises the steps of: broadcasting a correction signal necessary for precise position measurement to a plurality of flight vehicles connected by short-range wireless communication; receiving a navigation signal related to a state of the flight vehicles transmitted from the plurality of the flight vehicles since the correction signal is broadcasted; determining a communication state by checking whether the correction signal is received from the navigation signal; and controlling a swarm flight between the plurality of the flight vehicles by adjusting a cycle for broadcasting the correction signal according to a determination result of the communication state.
