The present invention relates to an accident handling and management system using a smart safety tripod. The system comprises: a safety tripod including a light emitting part for warning an accident, a control part having an operation button, and a power part having a battery provided with an operation button for supplying driving power when the operation button is driven; a user mobile terminal owned by a user who uses the safety tripod and having a global positioning system (GPS) inside; an application installed in the user mobile terminal and linking to the safety tripod to be operated. The application enables information transmission to a control center and accident report reception using the GPS of the user mobile terminal, and allows the user to receive repair information from an adjacent repair shops using the GPS.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
