Chobaekseon, which is a non-coating type external agent for the treatment of Chosun, which exhibits high nail permeability, has excellent drug efficacy and formulation properties, and is therefore clinically applicable, contains a medium chain fatty acid triglyceride as a non-volatile component. A therapeutic external agent is provided. More particularly, there are provided external agents for the treatment of ringworm, comprising substances with antifungal activity such as efinaconazole, volatile components, and additives such as medium chain fatty acid triglycerides and penetration enhancers such as ethyl lactate. These formulations show markedly improved nail permeability and have excellent properties as pharmaceuticals from the viewpoints of drug efficacy and formulation properties.
